5. Das Wiesse Bande (The White Ribbon) - Michael Haneke  I can’t remember if this came out at my local picture house this year or last. If it turns out to be a 2009 film my number 5 is “Twilight Eclipse”. Anyways, The White Ribbon is Haneke at his unsettling best. Charlotte Gainsbourg - IRM To make an album that helps you forget the horrid horribleness of the movie “Antichrist” is no mean feat, especially given the amount of genital torture which takes place in that film.
